Mandarin's Best VPK / Pre-K for 4-5 year olds

Our highly skilled, caring and CDA certified teachers utilize the latest edition of the world renowned Frog Street Pre-K Curriculum, which is a comprehensive, research-based curriculum that features exploration and discovery as a way of learning.

We believe that pre-kindergarten age children learn best through exploring in a FRIENDLY, nurturing and supportive environment that encourages following their curiosity, wherever that may take them.  

This along with our Center's based approach will help us prepare your child for Kindergarten and beyond!

Confusing VPK terms Explained:

VPK is a state funded pre-kindergarten program for all 4-5 year old children living in Florida.  The state reimburses Little Britches Academy for 3 hours per day per child.  Little Britches follows the same schedule as the Duval County School System.  State funding allows Little Britches to offer two separate options depending on your families needs.

FREE VPK:  

We offer FREE VPK for families who only need care from the hours of 9:00 - 12:30.  Lunch is provided to children FREE of cost from 12:00 - 12:30.

VPK Wrap:

VPK Wrap is an all day option for families that need all day care for their child.  VPK Wrap care is offered at a reduced cost because state funding offsets a portion of the costs necessary to offer this care.
